Windows 10: Problems with sound and can't reach microsoft support

Hi everyoneLast week my laptop couldn't find his speakers anymore. I tried to connect with my headphone not wireless and had the same problem. I connected with Microsoft Support and they did some things and restarted my pc. Since then my problems only got bigger. I can't even get sound out of bluetooth devices they connect but do not appaer in sound output. Now I've tried to reach Support for multiple days now and always get acces denied. Online I've found a way to get around that problem and when I start a chat with Support I get 'Bad request - request too long error code 400. The size of
