Windows 10: Problems with taskbar and generally unresponsive

Hi! For some time, my taskbar has been unresponsive. I can’t click it, and there doesn’t happen anything when I hover over the icons. Sometimes, my programs also become unresponsive. It does so I can’t click anything close, minimize and sometimes so I can’t click anything at all. Sometimes, when I open a game In full screen, and I click on the game, it closes the full screen and takes me to the start screen of windows. It’s like the game is open in full screen, but windows doesn’t recognizes it, and minimizes it whenever I try to click anything. If I wait for a while, I can click my taskbar, but when I do, it doesn’t work again and programs won’t close.

I have tried reinstalling windows. It didn’t work

Sorry for the trouble, here are few steps that I would suggest:

• Press the Windows + X
• Open the Command Prompt (Admin)
• Now type the command as " Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
• Push Enter
• Restart the system.
• Now see if the issue persists
• If it persists the only option is to create a new user admin account.

Problem with a combine taskbar icons.

Hello,

In Windows 10, you can personalize the settings of your taskbar. If there are multiple applications opened, same applications will be combined under one taskbar button. If you want to change this setting, we suggest that you follow the steps listed below:

• Press the Start button.
• Click on the Settings app.
• Select Personalization.
• At the left side of your window, click on Taskbar.
• Under Combine taskbar buttons, choose Never.
