Problems with the recent WIndows 10 update (17th -20th July 2018)

My PC had been working fine. I came back from a few days away on the 20th and an update was waiting to be installed. This update has made my computer practically unusable.

    1) the mouse now randomly issues "clicks" when I click. This can range from none to at least 4. So when one is say wanting to close the first window of a browser the single click of the mouse can actually close all the windows and the browser itself.

    2) highlighting text is random sometimes the word required is highlighted but more often than not its the whole line or paragraph.

    3) ticking a box is random, sometimes working mostly not.
    4) to move a window by clicking on the top bar now invariably means it opens to full screen.
    5) Excel often opens and then moves to a non responding position. I have only found crashing the computer and starting again to resolve this. I am not sure if this is an OFFICE thing as I rarely use other than EXCEL.

I have searched and people in 2015 had similar problems with the mouse I have tried the solutions but there is no improvement. Even editing this short text has taken lots of retries and time. I have tried to recover back to the previous version but that has failed.

What can I do to make WIndows workable?

    :)

  4. Problems with the recent WIndows 10 update (17th -20th July 2018)

Windows 10 pro activation issue. 'Your windows license expires on 20th july' . I have a license?

    Hello Everyone,

I bought a pc in january with windows 10 pro installed on it. Recently, a message keeps appearing, stating that my windows license will expire on the 20th of july. I went to Settings > Update & security > Activation to try and resolve this.

In this panel it says the following:

    Activation: Windows is activated.

Your windows license expires on 20th july.

There is an activation button in this panel, but when clicked does nothing.

How can I resolve this please? It is obviously a windows 10 bug/issue
