Windows 10: Problems with the windows hotspot feature.

Ever since updating to the following update June 14, 2022—KB5014699 OS Builds 19042.1766, 19043.1766, and 19044.1766, I've had troubles with the hot spot feature. Before it would work as intended, but now if I turn it on and have some device connect to the hotspot, the connection on the device works perfectly fine, but I am unable to do anything network related from my computer. Tried setting up a hotspot via cmd line and run into the issue. Doing a clean boot and network reset hasnt helped either

• Are you connecting your devices to the PC's hotspot? Or are you using a mobile hotspot to connect your PC?
• Are there any error messages when you're connecting to the hotspot?
• Did you try disabling and enabling the feature then try connecting your devices?
• Have you done any troubleshooting steps?
