Windows 10: Problems with Windows and controller keybinds.

I am about to address an old problem that has little to no attention given to it. Microsoft not seeing the value in good controller functionality. But with their recent interest in gaming and ownership of the market. They maybe willing to devote some interest in this area.There are 2 factors that can make for a good videogame. 1. Good gameplay. 2. Good user control. Microsoft can not make all games be developed with good gameplay. Since this is very game design oriented. But they can make user control better. A game rarely needs both to be successful but one can carry the other.Currently the

Windows keybind problem, changes are permanent

I have removed all mappings prior. This is not the issue. The problem is that my pc thinks that now the keybind is permanently this way, without any third party software.

Resulting in having 2 buttons that signify "0". Before this was the letter ø.

Is there a way to see all windows current keybinding layout? So i can change this value?

I was playing tekken 8, and was trying to modify my keybinds for the different attack buttons ingame. However, it seemed like the game was not compatible with this specific key and gave the error, this button could not be set.

I then tried to change it with Windows Powertoys. I changed the keybind to the number 0. And it worked in the game fine. Then after the pc had restarted, It now did not work in the game anymore. And i now have two keybinds for the number 0. This is a problem. Because i cannot revert the change in Powertoys, because it is now like in the registry level of windows and i dont know how to change that. After uninstalling Powertoys windows still thinks that button is 0.

ReCore Definitive Edition pc keybinding

I couldn't find any thread or post about this. from trying to play ReCore Definitive Edition which I can. However from the keybinding keyboarding I am unable to. From looking and searching online, everyone has the same problem. Not able to keybind at all.

I am not sure if anyone reported this at all. This is why I got gamepass so I could play the pc version and change the keybinding. I could just use the xbox controller bluetooth for pc but that doesn't really work 90% So why wasn't the keyboard keybinding
not fix.
