Windows 10: Problems with Windows defender in Win10

Hi, I have problems with Windows 10 Windows defender. I don't know how, but "SpywareowerShell/Keylogger!pz" got onto my computer. Windows defender seems to have failed to clean it because it gave me the message: "Remediation Incomplete 11.12.2023 Detected: SpywareowerShell/Keylogger!pz Status: Failed This threat or app might not be completely remediated Date: 15.12.2023. 15:28 Details: This program has potentially unwanted behavior." I tried cleaning it a couple of times with Defender, but it didn't work. I also tried "Microsoft Safety Scanner", full scan in normal operation and Quick sc

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

 

Windows Defender problem
