    Problems With Windows Shutdown.

An unnamed app is preventing shutdown.

An assumption: It's running under SVCHOST

    svchost (5160,R,98) TILEREPOSITORYS-1-5-18: Error -1023 (0xfffffc01) occurred while opening logfile C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\TileDataLayer\Database\EDB.log.

I googled EDB.log, apparently it used to cause problems and Windows is still searching for it. It seems to tied to Windows Search, which was fairly useless, BTW. Excuses, it's has learning curve, yada yada yada... if Windows users want a learning curve they would be using GREP or have moved on to Linux.

I am wondering why do you have so many AppData\Local directories, are you trying to confuse yourself or Windows? It's getting so disorganized.

    There's another AppData\Local folder under \ProgramData
