Windows 10: Problems with Windows Update May 17, 2019

A Windows update automatically was installed on my computer during the night of May 17, 2019. Upon restarting the computer, I found that all of my desktop icons were switched to small size with very large horizontal spacing. Tried to fix this via the registry, but could not get back to what I had before. Then, my carefully arranged desktop icons moved around the screen upon restarting the computer. I rearranged them, but when I restarted the computer once more, the icons were again spread across the screen in no particular order. Also, Classic Shell, which worked fine up until today, seemed to have a problem with this new update. Finally, I had to rollback the update. My question is how can I prevent the update from reinstalling on my computer?

Only supported on Win10. Sorry, 8.1 users, only 4 years old, gotta go.

  • The next LTSC release of Windows Server
• The Office 2019 client apps will be released with Click-to-Run installation technology only. We will not provide MSI as a deployment methodology for Office 2019 clients. We will continue to provide MSI for Office Server products.

 

IntelAudioService.exe + 2019 windows update problem

Thank you but what about the "IntelAudioService.exe & Multimedia Class Scheduler" Issue how am I go about and fix this?

Edited: Video Card Driver for Nvidia you suggest I download is unsuccessful.
