Windows 10: Problems with Xbox controllers?

I have an Xbox One controller hooked up to my PC via Bluetooth and I keep having issues with the controller becoming unresponsive in the middle of gaming. If I try to turn the controller off and back on, it has trouble reconnecting to my PC, the Xbox logo will just keep flashing like it’s searching for a connection. The only way I can fix it is by removing the controller from my PC’s Bluetooth device list and setting the connection back up. This is only temporary fix though as the controller will become unresponsive again after about half an hour.

I’ve tried updating Bluetooth drivers, reverting drivers, resetting the Bluetooth dongle, and rebooting the PC. None of that works. I have Bluetooth headphones as well but they never have any issues, so I think it’s the controller. However before the recent Windows update I was having problems with all of my Bluetooth devices and I remember there being other complaints about Win10 having issues with Bluetooth. What do you guys think?

Can’t connect Xbox one controller to pc
