Process count in taskmanager act strange.

It may be a silly thing but i did not see this before. Ever. With background programs such as- servicehost: remote procedure calls. 2- LocalServiceNoNetworkFirewall 2The process count number. In this case 2. Is always disappearing randomly. They blink all the time off an back on. This seems to be only for programs related to windows. And i think mostly servicehost. Its not like the process disappear. Only the number.Other programs like Nvidea for example does not have this issue. Is this just a silly bug or is it a bigger problem behind the scene.?

    :)
