Windows 10: process explorer and task manager are not picking up the same services

    process explorer and task manager are not picking up the same services


    Hi guys , second time im asking a question here , first time was awesome and the issue was resolved . In task manager the antimalware serviceable executable , the cpu usage is very high but in the process explorer it doesnt even pick up the service but rater the MsMpEng service but the process explorer percentage is significantly lower then the task manager . which one is correct ? seems weird to me that the usage would be so massively different

    *SOLVED*Where can I get Task Manager for Windows? NOT process Explorer.

    So if you right click on the taskbar you no longer get the option to click on Task Manager as it brings up process Explorer?

    Dual iexplorer processes???

    I would suggest you run process explorer on the machine so you can find out what applications are running.

    process explorer shows you more than just task manager

    In Procces Explorer: Options -> Disable: Replace Task Manager
