Windows 10: Process Monior Result CANCELLED Duration 62.08292091

Hi,I am a novice re Process Monitor. I am trying to find out why a family member's laptop on start up hangs for 8-9 minutes with "Please Wait". I have eliminated 7.5 million events to 0.059% so this leaves only 4,507 to go ;~ I included the Duration column hoping it would be of use as well. I noticed the following log entry which stands out from the others.Process Name: svchost.exe PID: 4592 Operation: IRP_MJ_DIRECTORY_CONTROL Path: C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\LocalLow\Microsoft\CryptnetUrlCache\MetaDataDuration: 62.0892091 Result: CANCELLEDCan anyone please advise whethe

Don't have any function for backup

Hi Iris,

Let's work together on this. We suggest that you follow the following steps to apply the backup to your Windows Phone:

• Sign into the same Microsoft Account used for the backup creation.
• When prompted to use a backup to restore the handset, select the desired backup and hit ‘next’ to continue with the process.
• The backup will then download (duration will vary depending on speed of connection and size of backup), you can then enter passwords for restored accounts there and then or configure restored email and social accounts later.
