Windows 10: Process Power Management Option Is Missing

Hello, Dears. I have some issues with my New Hp Laptop. I have recently bought Hp Envy x360 Convertible 15m-ed0xxx Laptop. when I trying to use my laptop it is making so much noise and it becomes too hot. I update all the HP drivers with help of the Hp Support Assistant but there is no change. I'm not using any heavy application which makes the laptop hot. Just use internet browsing and normal tasks. I saw many videos on youtube and read all the related articles but there is no authentic solution. Many of peoples told me to go the Process Power Management but this option is missing so what to

I bought a model ideapad 720S13IKB with Windows 10 home edition preinstalled.
At Power Options, advanced settings, the Balanced power plan is selected.
This is where the Processor Power Management option is missing.
I'm interested in how to adjust Minimum processor state and System cooling policy.

Laptop missing power option settings

Usually happens when the ahci drivers are not installed, especially if it is a older device. If this is the device you show in your profile and you did a Clean Install, check Device Manager for any missing drivers. Some Power Options are created by the OEM and are a part of the OS install that they have. I never go by what the mfg or Microsoft suggests for Power Options. I always create my own profiles.
