Windows 10: Processes Without Microsoft Signature

Hi, I have recently gotten in the world of securing my pc because of my previous experiences with hackers getting my passwords and having control over my machine. so, I started digging into what should I do and how to know which processes are legit from Microsoft and others that doesn't have any signature at all. in the end, in this discussion the questions are:does it matter where I buy my computer? Should I only buy it from Microsoft? Does Microsoft have signatures of every process? if not, how do we know they are legit from Microsoft? well, in the end I hope that we can find those answers

Custom Signature in Mail??

1. Are you using outlook or other third party app?

If you are using mail app I suggest you to follow the steps below.

• Go to mail app.
• Tap on Switch to Setting icon on bottom left.
• Go to options.
• Turn on Signature; Choose the Signature you like.

Adding signature...

Step 1.

• Go the browser and open Outlook.com and log-in on the email.
• Click on gear box go to option.
• Locate for the Formatting, font and signature and click on it.

Once you create the signature go to mail app to turn on the signature option. Follow the below steps:

Please follow the below steps to add signature and check.
