Windows 10: Processor IntelR CoreTM m3-7Y30 CPU @ 1.00GHz 1.61 GHz Installed RAM 4.00 GB

I have a surface Pro with the Processor Processor IntelR CoreTM m3-7Y30 CPU @ 1.00GHz 1.61 GHz Installed RAM 4.00 GB.When I use the Health Check Program It says that the CPU check failed. HOWEVER, when I check the list of accepted processor from :https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/minimum/windows-processor-requirementsMy Windows version and Intel Processor :Windows 10 21H1Supported Intel Processors The Processor shows in the list.:Intel®Core™m3-7Y30Why Does the health Check fail for the Processor then? Thus not allowing me to Upgrade to 11.

Only 2.43 GB are usable out of 4.00 GB RAM Memory

I have a Lenovo G510 Laptop with 4 GB RAM Memory and Intel i5 processor.

When I've checked in the computer properties, I found out these things:

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4200M CPU @ 2.50 GHz 2.50 GHz

Installed Memory (RAM): 4.00 GB (2.43 GB are usable)

Operating System: 32bit OS, x64 processor.

What can I do in order to use all of the 4 GB RAM and not only 2.43 GB? My computer is very slow because of it...

whooo i gained performance obviously not b/c of the patch but it doesnt look like it has any impact on performance???

 

Is window 10 not compatibal on AMD processor?

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps to resolve the issue. These are the minimum requirements for Window 10.

• 1 GHz or faster processor
• 1 GB RAM (32-bit) or 2 GB RAM (64-bit)
• 16 GB available hard disk space (32-bit) or 20 GB (64-bit)
• DirectX 9 graphics device with WDDM 1.0 or higher driver
• Your processor (CPU) must support the following extensions: SSE2, NX, PAE
• You can Contact your Computer manufacture and check if there are any system updates to be installed.
