    HelloI have tested the following szenario on different PC's with new windows 11 installation, without special GPU, standard mouse and keyboard with windows driver, no further applications. - I noticed that the processor load increases more when the mouse is moved on an empty desktop up to 34% on my reporting pc. I suspected event handlers that are executed on mouseOver or mouseMove events, so I started the following experiment on different systems:For the experiment, I started a browser, opened an empty web page without DOM elements with event handler about:blank and was waiting a little u
