Windows 10: Product key didnt work from OEM

I have this laptop windows 10 home and will upgrade to windows 11 pro, but upon inputting the product key oem software, got this error, product key didnt work.tried multiple times even, restarting and disconnecting from internet, still issue occurs

Hello,

We have some DEll laptops and we want to upgrade to Windows 10, but Upgrade Software is asking us for Product Key. These laptops have no Product Key sticker for Windows 8.1. We alreday contacted DEll Support about this but they said Product Key is already
recorded on laptop´s mother board and helped us obtaining this Product Key. This key is not valid when it is asked.

The Product Key starts with "00XXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXOEM"

I think this is a "OEM" Product Key but it doesn´t work at upgrade time.

Toshiba would have been the ones who offered your Downgrade rights as that is a requirement for Windows 8.1 to use Downgrade Rights.

I suggest that you contact them.
