Windows 10: Product key doesnt work. Just bought it as well, from the microsoft store

Just bought the windows product key and it wont work

Product Key doesnt work!

I bought a PC and the guy told me i would have to buy a product key for windows. I used the microsoft website to buy a windows 10 key and the key doesnt work!! it keeps giving me this error message (0xc004f050). I didnt let anyone see it, i didnt let anyone
else read the email i got with the Key. as soon as i got it i put it in the field on the settings in my computer and it immediately gave me that error. I dont know who to contact or what to do! its not a used key because it never gave me anything except for
that error!

• Type Settings on Cortana search box then press Enter.
• Click on Apps.
• On the Search this list box, type in Store.
• Click on Store then click on Advance options.
• Click on Reset.

Step 1: I suggest you to run Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter
and check.

1. Press
Windows + X keys from the keyboard, click on Control Panel.

2. In the
Control Panel window, select Category and then select
Large icons.

3. Click on
Troubleshooting.

4. Click
View all and then click Windows Store Apps.

5. Click
Next and follow on-screen instructions.

Step 2: I suggest you to install all the pending updates on your device.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.
