    Product Key is missing 6 characters, what do i do?


    I purchased Windows 11 Pro disk, when received package was undamaged. I carefully removed the film over the product key revealing only a partial Key. I called the retailer who stated I MUST reach out to Microsoft support, after doing so I was instructed to further scratch the film off to reveal any potential characters remaining. After doing so we concluded that the product Key was indeed missing. I was then sent to a "specialist" who mentioned that I did not have enough of the Key to repair. I was then led to believe I would be receiving a call, which never came. After making 4 additional cal

    i was re installed the os but some of character was missing in my product key

    Product Key 25-character

    For you to reveal your product key, follow the steps below:

    • Press Windows key + X.
    • Click Command Prompt (admin).
    • Enter the following command:

      wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey
    • Hit Enter.
    • The product key will be revealed.

    You can also contact the manufacturer of your computer since you have the Service tag number.

    My keys 5, 6, T, and Y on the keyboard and 6, 9, and the character "+" are not working on my keypad. Any suggestions? Thanks!
