    I've clicked on this and the procedure seems to be for windows 8 , but I have windows 10.

    What can I use to get rid of Reimage from my windows 10 laptop please

    Windows 10, Product Keys and Reimaging

    I did a clean install of Windows 10 Home 64bit using the Media Creation Tool. Long story short I had to purchase a new "Product Key" through the store in Windows 10. Everything worked perfectly and it activated. I noticed in the receipt that no Product
    Key was included. In my reading there is no Product Key associated with Windows 10 anymore. My concern comes from this. What if for some reason I have to reimage my system. Say due to a dead hard drive. What happens with reactivating Windows 10 without
    a Product Key?

    Reimage Laptop SSD

    I have an ACER laptop that was running Windows 10 Home 64bit. I was having issues with the keyboard not working after a recent Win10 update. In my search through Windows forums one of the suggestions was to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro 64bit. I did the upgrade
    via the Windows site and all seemed to go well. It successfully rebooted but my keyboard still did not work. Upon further searching I found a suggestion to run Windows Memory Diagnostic tool. I ran Windows Memory Diagnostic and now my laptop will not boot.
    I would like to protect my investment in the laptop and the money spent on upgrade to Windows 10 Pro 64bit.

    I copied down my Windows Product Key so I can prove I have/had a legitimate copy of the OS.

    Is there a place were I can download the ISO image to a Thumb drive or an external HD that I can boot from and then reimage the HD on the laptop?
