Windows 10: product key or genuine window 10 for pc free

I just bought pc from individual it has windows 10 pro and I can't activate windows it keeps responding that I have no product key and also must get a copy of genuine windows 10.Is there somewhere to get this help free?

My name is Freddys to check the windows license follow the steps below:

1. Open Command Prompt
   
2. Type slmgr /dlv
   
3. This will open Windows Script Host window
   

If it shows that the windows are activated till a certain date or it is not fully activated which means your Windows is either activated via organizations bulk purchased product key or it has been
activated using some kind of activation tool like KMSpico.

That isn't a genuine copy of Windows. Otherwise, it shows a license status: licensed without expiration time then is genuine.

Windows 7 not genuine problem

It seems like that's an OEM windows copy, it will do that the every time you reinstall the OS. If you have the key, next time you see the "not genuine windows copy" click it and choose to activate by phone, everything else is pretty straight forward as it explains step-by-step. If it doesn't work, then its highly likely that you got a Pirate copy.

Does your previous Operating system was genuine?

If yes then you can try the steps provided in the below link.

Computers running Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 genuine one can have free upgrade to Windows 10. If the PC running with any of the Operating systems with genuine copy the you should be ideally install using ISO image and activate
it automatically.

The PC's running with non genuine copy of Windows Operating system can install windows 10 but it won't activate and will ask for the product key.

If you are trying to do Clean Install of Windows 10 then you need to have a product key of Windows 10. Since clean install will delete the hardware ID that is recognized by previous Operating system. So you won't be able to do
free upgrade.

If issue still persists, I suggest you to contact the place of purchase for product key.
