Windows 10: Product Key purchase for VM activation

I am trying to get a VM working on a Mac device using the VirtualMachine Software. In order to install the IOS to the VM, a product key is required. Cannot get ahold of Customer support for literally anything, so I guess I'm stuck asking here. What steps do I need to take to get JUST the product key? I have downloaded the IOS from Microsoft already. I see advertisements for product keys as low as 5.99 online, but don't want to purchase a scam key or anything. Any advice/direction would be PHENOMENAL.Again I need ONLY the product key. Everything else I should be able to get running smoothly. Wi

Trouble Reusing Windows 11 Pro Product Key/Retail License on New VM After Original VM Corruption

I'm encountering an issue with my Windows 11 Pro product key/retail license. Initially, I used this key to activate Windows on a virtual machine (VM). Unfortunately, that VM isntance became corrupted, preventing me from deactivating the windows properly. I've since created a new VM and attempted to activate it using the same product key. However, I'm receiving an error message stating that the product key is already in use, likely because I couldn't deactivate it on the original VM.

Has anyone else faced this problem? What steps can I take to resolve this issue and successfully activate Windows on my new VM? Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

 

Problem activating Windows 11 after switching VMs

Hi there,

I purchased Windows 11 Home a couple of months ago and installed it on a VirtualBox VM. But VirtualBox was crashing quite a bit so I deactivated Windows 11 using the following commands:

• slmgr /upk
  
• slmgr /cpky
  

(as suggested on Redirecting ) and then installed it on a VMWare VM. Problem is, I can't activate Windows on the new VM even though it was deactivated on the old VM. I tried the recommended Troubleshooting Wizard solutions to no available and I couldn't find a Microsoft email address or support number, so I am posting here. Can anyone suggest how to contact Microsoft about this activation issue?

Windows 10 VM activation

I am trying to setup two Windows 10 vms for test purposes on Ovirt virtualization cluster. (Windows 10 Pro with MAK key from visual studio (MSDN) subscription).

Activation of the first vm encountered no problem, but activation of the second one failed. I have tried to setup second vm by all available means (by cloning from the first one with or without sysprep, from activated state or from clean installed snapshot,
by installing second vm from scratch, etc.). All are with the same results: The last product key you entered XXXXX can't be used on this copy of Windows (0xC0EA0003).

Is it possible to have several Win 10 vms on the same hypervisor, activated with MAK key?

Any suggestions are highly appreciated.
