Windows 10: Product not working and support can't fix it so they've shut me out of support

Dear Microsoft,I am having an extremely frustrating and time consuming issue with Microsoft and want to complain about the treatment I've received. Microsoft did an automatic update on my Surface laptop windows 10 and now office 365 no longer works. I need this for my work and it's thrown me off course and caused delays. I tried repairing it and modifying it, neither worked, so I also tried uninstalling it and then reinstalling it. I have received serveral error codes. 147-0, 30016-13 and the message '365 and Office are busy'.I called customer support and politely described my issue. The adm

B3 Phenom support

I checked gigabyte's site on my GA-M57 and it didn't say anything about b3 stepping update, but all of the x3 chips are b3 steppings, so just use the x3 support bios if available.

 

ATITools not working for a supported card?

Can anyone confirm that X1600 XT either works or does not work with ATITools?
