Windows 10: PRODUCT_NAME_UNKNOWN_CrashDump .dmp file created in temp every 5 seconds.

I noticed the problem after I copy text and paste it. It pastes this text.

C:\Users\krise\AppData\Local\Temp\PRODUCT_NAME_UNKNOWN_CrashDumpPRODUCT_VERSION_MAJOR_UNKNOWN-PRODUCT_VERSION_MINOR_UNKNOWN-2018-11-10--16-41-13_.dmp

When I navigated to location folder, I found .dmp files like too many to count and it still creating each until now with every 5 seconds.

I don't know what's the problem so I re-install window 10 by using USB [media creation tool] and perform a clean boot with wipe the old data in C: [SSD]

But after installation is completed, the problem still occurs, even I update to the latest version of window10, it didn't fix the problem. And this really made me frustrated because sometimes, this problem prevents pasting text.

when I use Copy Paste function its not paste what I copy but create the link: C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\Temp\PRODUCT_NAME_UNKNOWN_CrashDumpPRODUCT_VERSION_MAJOR_UNKNOWN-PRODUCT_VERSION_MINOR_UNKNOWN-2018-11-05--01-11-13_.dmp

The problem is that windows is creating these files every 5 seconds. What can I do to stop this issue?

Temp Files : Runaway Creation

Windows Temporary files are created by the operating system during the normal course of its running when there may not be enough memory allocated for the task.

I suggest you to follow the steps below to delete temporary files nad check if it helps:

Step 1

• Press Windows key + R
• Type temp and click OK
• Press Ctrl + A and click Delete

Step 2

• Press Windows key + R
• Type %temp% and click OK
• Press Ctrl + A and click Delete

Step 3

• Press Windows key + R
• Type prefetch and click OK
• Press Ctrl + A and click Delete

These temp files will not delete

I suggest you to follow these methods below and check, if it works:

Method 1:

• Press Windows key + R key together, to open RUN command Window.
• Type "temp" in the RUN Command Window, to open temp folder and then delete the files and folders inside the temp folder.

If the issue persists, follow method 2.

Method 2:

• Press Windows key + R key together, to open RUN command Window.
• Type "%temp%" in the RUN Command Window, to open temp folder and then delete the files and folders inside the temp folder.
  

If the issue persists, follow method 3.

Method 3:

I suggest you to boot the computer to Safe Mode, then perform disk cleanup on Windows 10 and check, if it works.
