    Profile Issue - Black Screen


    Good Morning Guys,

    One of our users in the office is having an issue with his laptop. When signing into his profile he has a black screen with a white cursor. He can open Task Manager etc which shows, but the display remains black. We've logged into the admin profile on the same laptop which works with no issue.

    Any suggestions?

    Hello,

    Could you please answer few questions:


    • When you say “Now, nothing is on my desktop” what exactly are you referring to?

    • Are you getting black screen after Sign in?
