Windows 10: Profile photo not appearing on new laptop?

    Profile photo not appearing on new laptop?


    Hello! I have a new laptop and a desktop. I have used the desktop for sometime. When I setup the new laptop I used my windows account login details. The laptop immediately grabbed my desktop background from what im assuming is the cloud, however it will not load my profile photo, the one that should appear on the login screen and when you press the start button. I have no idea why it doesn't seem to want to update it. It is on login.live.com and I have not changed it in several years.
