  1. Profile Picture not appearing in the banner Windows Settings Page

I am on the latest version of Windows that is the 20H2 build. My profile picture is not appearing in the settings page even though i am logged in with my microsoft account. Everywhere else picture is appearing but not in the banner of the settings page. FYI, my microsoft account does have a profile picture. Tried rebooting several times and also removed my account, but not fixing.

    Hi Stanislav,

To better understand the query, please answer the following questions:

    1. When you go to settings > Accounts, does all the three pictures appear as the screenshot above?

    2. Are those pictures previously used account pictures?

I suggest you to try deleting the old account pictures by following the steps below and check again.

    1. Press Windows key + R to open the run command.

    2. Copy and paste the following command and press enter:

    %appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\AccountPictures

    3. If the old account pictures are listed, delete it and restart the computer

  3. notification banners don't appear anywhere settings are set to on but nothing appears

I want to see notification banners for email and sports applications. The sounds and color bars from windows 8.1

I have already gone through the process of turning on notifications and banners.

Clicking on settings then system clicking on notification and action

Turning each button on and double checking it.

to finish I shutdown my surface pro 3.

After I power-up new email and sports notifications and banners never appear. I go back into settings and my preferences haven't changed. Everything appears to be available to receive notifications everything is switched to on.
