Windows 10: Program actions when a movie is played?

Hi, idk if this is the right place to ask but im trying to figure out a way to do certain task (Turn all pc case leds off) qhen a movie is played and maybe change overclock and fan profiles when a game is played

That would be pretty helpfull

Windows Movie Maker

Hi Lorna,

As you are facing issue with Windows Movie Maker, I suggest you to follow the steps provided below to repair Windows Movie Maker and check if it helps.

• Press Windows Key, type Control Panel
  and select the same from the list.
• Under Programs, click Uninstall a Program.
• Locate Windows Live Essential then click
  Uninstall/Change.
• When a window appears, select Repair all Windows Live programs.
• Restart your computer after the repair.

Play movies from Computer to TV

Hi there

It's built in to W10 and not too bad (at least for a standard Ms application).

Just double click on the movie file you want to play and you'll probably get a drop down to select program to use -- it should be in the list.
