    I see that many people have the same problem with this issue as I do. For whatever reason, when I connect my digital camera to my computer and turn it on and it is recognized by my computer Print Artist will all of a sudden allow graphics from file. Not sure why but this may help some figure it out or at least use graphics from file in PA25.

    Print Artist crashes when trying to insert photo from file.

    I have been creating family Christmas letters for years using the Print Artist software. About 4 years ago I purchased the PA 25 for my letters. It did work on Windows 10 although at times there would be a problem. About a month ago everytime I try to
    insert a picture it just stops working and the project I was working on and the whole program just disappears!

    If Microsoft cannot solve this, can anyone tell me an easy software program I can buy that will work with Windows 10? I really need to have a dependable program.

    I am having the same problem with Print Artist 23 ( I prefer 23 over 25) I am unable to install. I have the program in to window 10 but can not install... HELP!
