Windows 10: Program Error

hello! I was developing and suddenly my application crashed. I did this upgrade, I did this upgrade in July. Probably KB5027118, KB5011063. I am using windows 11, it is a laptop and the memory is 8GB. After performing this upgrade, there are 2 programs with errors. The error code is 0xe0000001. The language may be strange because you are using a translator.

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

The only thing this doesn't cover is the Step-up program. I'm fine with that because I got the price cut anyway. I just hope to get the card by this weekend if not early next week. I have a itch to bench. *Rockout :rockout:
