Windows 10: "Program Files" folder changed to "Programme Files" folder

Recently going through my main drive, I came upon a folder "Programme Files" in the local disk instead of the folder "Program Files".Should I be worried about any potential virus or malware attack?

Folders with zip files

I have like 30 or more folders and everyone of them has only one single zip file.
How can I extract all zip files inside of all folders?

I'm looking for a program which lets you pick a folder and grabs all the files\folders names and puts it in a text file.

I'm not sure if that makes sense, sorry if it doesn't.
