    Program frozen in remote connection


    Hello,I work entirely remote. I have been working in Power BI Report Builder for my job, but I just clicked to open a query and the program froze. If this happened on a normal computer, I would simply open up task manager and force close it. But it happened within the remote connection. All Task Manager can do is open and close Remote Desktop Connection and NetExtender. I also cannot seem to make it close by right clicking on the taskbar icon and clicking "Close window". I need to use the program for work. Please help!

    help to remote connect

    No need to setup a permanent remote connection for FB add-on's. I'd suggest Team Viewer. It's free and will allow you to access his pc safely and take control.

    How to remove "HP Connected Remote" as a sign in account ?

    • Is your computer connected to a domain network?
    HP Connected Remote is an app that comes preinstalled on select Windows HP computers. I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it resolves this issue.

    • On the Windows 10 Start screen, type hp connected remote.
    • Click HP Connected Remote from the Apps search results.
    • Click Settings, and make sure Enable HP Connected Remote is turned On.
