    Program.html Rename and MisleadingWin32


    Hi. I have suddenly started getting a window popping up stating that "There is a file or folder on your computer called C:\program.html which could cause some applications not to function correctly, Renaming it to C:\program1.html would solve this problem. Would you like to rename it now?." Then the option to rename or ignore. I felt this was a bit suspicious so haven't clicked on anything. Windows will struggle to do things and become unresponsive when trying to work which then seems to reboot the operating system after I close the window that started to be unresponsive. Or at least it flicke
