Windows 10: Program install from Microsoft Store Code: 0x80070070 when I have free space

Bought Forza Horizon 5 but can't install. It is telling me to free up space Code: 0x80070070. I have plenty of space on my D drive which leads me to believe it is trying to install on my C drive. Under storage, Change where new content is saved everything is set to the D drive.I went to my Registry editor and changed the ProgramFilesDir to D:\Program Files and it still does not work. What else can I do? I already have FH4 installed on my D drive, and didn't run into this problem then.

Im sorry but this is by far the worst system I've ever seen. When you need to google each step to find out where to change the storage location or to know how to uninstall a game because you can't add the feature in your microsoft store... I've changed everything, has over 400gb or storage space left and it still appear a error code (Code: 0x80070070) while trying to download Forza Horizon 5. I've restarted my pc and removed forza from my library and still nothing works... We're talking about a multi-million company that can't even create a store that has been behind every other competitors for so long. Any way to help me solve this problem? This is really frustrating.
