Windows 10: Program keeps asking for pin even when it isn't blocked on son's computer

I have family safety on my son's gaming computer and every time he tries to open a specific program it asks for my pin. I do not have the program blocked, it isn't set to run as an administrator, and I have changed ownership of the program to him since it was set to administrator. I even gave him full access to the program done thru the security tab in properties. However, it still keeps asking for my pin every time he tries to open it. The program is called Badlion Client and it's used for Minecraft. He has Windows 10. How can I stop it from asking for my pin without making his profile an a

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

 

On my laptop with Windows 10 it’s blocked to pin programs to the Task bar

So i recently bought a new laptop and somehow its blocked to pin programs to the task bar. Does anyone know how i can fix this and im quite good with computers so you dont have to make it step by step just tell me how i can fix it! Thanks

 

No longer allowing me to block apps on my son's account

I have Windows 10 Home and it's version 1703

os build 15063.674

I checked for updates but it told me that I was updated. I checked my son's laptop and it said it had the latest updates as well.

I manage all of the settings from my account page online.

There have been no changes or new programs installed on my computer.

I have also noticed that even if a program is blocked, my son can uninstall it and download it again and even though it remains on my blocked list, he can now play it by reinstalling.
