Windows 10: Program keeps crashing and I don't know how to fix it. Exception code: 0xc0000005

I've come here out of desperation after scouring all corners of the internet for a solution. When using Meta Spark AR it instantly crashes to desktop after showing a white box for about half a second. IE11 keeps crashing w/ Exception code: 0xc0000005

I am on a fully patched W10 systems (w/ anniversary update which I need to keep). IE11 keeps crashing as follows:

So far I have tried:

Rebooting the PC,
Uninstalling the program and reinstalling it

Using Revo to remove all traces of it from my PC and reinstalling

Installing an older version of SparkAR

Installing on different drives

Running program as Admin

Running sfc /scannow in a cmd window to fix any drive corruption

And the only other thing I can think of is ritual sacrifice. If anyone could provide any solution before it comes to that, I would be very grateful.
