Windows 10: Program Opening In Taskbar For Several Seconds Then Disappearing

I Bought a new laptop .it had windows 10 installed on it and i tried to download a game . i did but couldn't launch it starts show up in taskbar then disappears . 1. I Changed its compatibility Didn't work 2.Run As Administrator Didn't Work As well 3.In Compatibility I Changed its resolution so it wouldn't run on full-screen Still didn't work 4. Disabled Firewall didn't work 5.Downloaded DirectX and Everything Still Didn't Work. (program that automatically installed all of those needed tools Directx and others) 6. I am doing Sfc /scannow I don't know its result yet . So the Thing is that i downloaded 2 games together one opened and second didn't and did this things i can't figure out what's the problem after spending lots of time searching for solution i hope you can help me

Remove (open) programs from taskbar

I'd just get a program called Ultramon. It puts a second taskbar on the second monitor, so if you have something up and running on the second monitor at all times it is displayed on that taskbar. It doesn't do exactly what you want, but it does solve the problem of wasted taskbar space.

It doubles it, at least in the way he wants, I don't know what you want. The taskbar on the second monitor is seperate from the taskbar on the first. The programs open on the second monitor show up on the second task bar.

Hey all!

Ok, so some programs I have running all the time, like Spotify and Outlook. They are actually pretty much open all the time as I finally got around to plug in the second monitor. So it feels like a waste of taskbar space to actually have them be there, especially as I have them ready at hand in the notification area.

It seems almost no programs can do this on their own, so does anyone know of anyway that this can be done?

EDIT: I know Outlook since 2003 have the option to "Hide when minimized", and that's good and all, but it's still in the taskbar when it's up and running.
