Windows 10: Program Running in Task Manager But Not Displaying or on Taskbar

Hi,I'm trying to run an application on a new Windows 11 machine with x64 architecture, but when I run it, it fails to display on the taskbar or the screen even though it is running according to Task Manager. When starting the application, it prompts me for access to make changes to the device, but after that it goes blank unless two iterations of the application try to run simultaneously, in which case it correctly displays the error that the driver used by the application is already in use by another application but otherwise does not open the application and display it on the screen nor task

program runs in taskbar and in task manager, but invisible on screen

When I open a program, for example: (battle.net or Razer Cortex), it shows the program running on the task manager and I can see it on the taskbar, when I hover over the app it normally gives you a peek on the app, but it doesnt, also when I press on the
app it opens but it is just an invisible, transparent screen.

so I just end task and try again, nothing works. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing works. please help ASAP

I have added a new task to the ones already populated which I suppose were in Win7
The new task or the present tasks are not running as there is no entry in the history or
recently run file
are there other steps necessary to get the new task manager to start up ?

 

Remove (open) programs from taskbar

I'd just get a program called Ultramon. It puts a second taskbar on the second monitor, so if you have something up and running on the second monitor at all times it is displayed on that taskbar. It doesn't do exactly what you want, but it does solve the problem of wasted taskbar space.
