    program that appears sometimes when shutting down or rebooting 952907dc-86da-49ed-a4e9-2157d4b31d71?upload=true.jpg I noticed this program that appears sometimes when shutting down or rebooting, and since I've never seen something like this I thought I'd ask.
    Also worth noting that I've run The windows antivirus and Malaware bytes and the pc appears to be clean.

    When a program needs to shut down, but mouse doesn't appear

    I assume people have seen this problem. A program freezes, the screen is just black and Windows wants to shut it down. But your mouse isn't appearing on-screen so you can't use the task manager, and the arrow keys aren't working either. What can you do aside from reboot?

    Computer in sleep mode shuts down open programs

    When your computer is in hibernate mode, does all your programs have been shut off or closed? May we know what's the specific program that you use? Let's try to reset Power schemes. Please follow the steps below:

    • Right on Start button, > select Command Prompt (Admin).
    • Copy and paste the command below:
    powercfg -restoredefaultschemes

    • When finished, close the command prompt then reboot your PC.

    Keep us updated with results.

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
