Windows 10: %program under start in taskmanager

So i've recently done a factory reset on my PC, due to a lot of random screen freezing and generally the pc being slow.Today i looked through my startup configs, and a %program from synaptics shows up. I've been searching it up, and it looks like it for touchpads. I don't own a touch pad, and i don't even have a "touch pad settings"The program is embedded in my system 32atleast i think, since it shows up under system 32, when i search for it in file explorer, and i'm kinda worried that its a trojan, that's been able stay alive during my computer resetting.The directory seems correct, exept f

What is "Program" in taskmanager

I also have a "program" on my startup list but there's no program.exe or program anything on my drive and the "Open file location" option is grayed out.

I suppose it's just a descriptor. My best guess is that a uninstalled program didn't remove its entry from the startup list and Windows still tries to load it but since there's no actual file Windows can't show its metadata.
