Windows 10: Program won't install on network drive

On my Windows 10 desktop computer I have a MyCloud drive that I've mapped as drive Y:. The location of each of the libraries (Desktop, Documents, Downloads, etc.) is on the Y: drive. When I attempt to install Kaspersky Free I get a message saying, "Error 1327, Invalid drive: Y:\". I posted the issue on a Kaspersky forum and was told that Kaspersky insists on installing on the same partition as the operating system, which in my case is C:. The Kaspersky setup routine does not ask where I want it to install. What can I do with Windows 10 to make the Kaspersky setup routine attempt to install on C: instead of Y:?

Windows 10 won´t start any program as Administrator

Hello. I´m having this issue since installed one of the latest Windows 10 system updates.

When I try to open any program that requires Administrator confirmation (that screen with the Yes/No question), this dialog won´t appear anymore. The screen background stays darkened and nothing happens.

1. Using Windows 10 Home (x64)
2. My microsoft user account is properly checked
3. I´m the administrator of the PC
4. Already tried do create another administrator user account - same problem, no success
5. Cannot start any program/service that requires administrator authorization (not even regedit)

Please help!
