Windows 10: program wont uninstall

how do you delete a program that wont uninstall?
normal uninstall just hangs, deleting the program folder and running ccleaner to clear the registry still has it showing up.
ideas?

Program won't open, and won't Uninstall

Hi all. So I'm having this really annoying issue where a program (Razer Synapse) will not open. When I click on the executable (both normal and in compatibility mode) it shows that it's running in the task manager, but nothing ever appears on the screen.
When I try to uninstall it, it gets stuck and when I hit cancel it gets stuck again. The worst part about that is even ending the task in task manager won't force it closed. I don't understand why this is happening and after spending 2+ hours trying everything
I can think of I'm about ready to throw the keyboard out the window lol. If anyone has any idea as to why on earth it's happening the help would be greatly appreciated.

OS is W10 preview build 14267 (I know it's a preview and there are bugs but I haven't had this happen with any previous versions or any other programs)

 

Give this 3rd party uninstall program a try.
It is called Revo Uninstaller.
It has a free version. Install that and see if it can help you uninstall what you failed to do.

Go to Revo Uninstaller Freeware section, and click the Free Download button.

 

You could also try GeekUninstaller. It's free and it has got an option to force delete any installed app.

 

You could also try and reinstall/repair the program and then repeat the unistall
