    hi,

    my computer has windows 10 installed. the problem is that picture icons are being saved onto my photo file in large numbers and i cannot delete them or stop them from saving. icons, such as the HP logo or fitbit logos etc...


    can you help ?

    Saving photos to My Albums

    Hi, I have recently got a C3-01 phone. I saved some photos of my baby son to the My Albums folder. I then deleted the photos from "Photos" on the display. However, it deleted the ones I had saved in the newly created album. These are now lost, which
    was very upsetting for me and my wife. Am I doing something wrong or are you not able to manage your photos in this way?

    Max number of photos in an Album?

    Hi Soomike2,

    I've recreated your concern and I was able to add more than 200 photos in an album. See the screenshot below.

    It's possible that the photos you're trying to add to an album are corrupted. You may need to rename the files or check the file format as well.

    Furthermore, we suggest that you follow these steps:

    Method 1: Update the photos app. To update Windows 10 Photos app, simply go to the Windows Store, open the Store Page of Windows 10 Photos, and check for updates. If there are new updates available, they’ll get installed on your computer automatically.

    Method 2: Run the app troubleshooter.

    1. Open the Settings app.
    2. Go to Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
    3. Select the Windows Store apps option, and choose Run the troubleshooter.
    4. Follow further on-screen instructions to finish the process.
    5. Reboot your computer.

    Where are Windows photo albums actually saved

    The Windows 10 photo app allows you to save pictures to "Creations" such as photo albums. Where are these albums located in Explorer?

    The implication from what I've read is that they are somewhere on the user's OneDrive - but I don't imagine the photos themselves are saved into an album, merely their filepaths. Either way I can't find this information.

    Can I access the file paths associated with the images contained in one of these albums?

    (NB, I don't want to upload to onedrive, I just want to know where the album data is saved on the machine usually, and whether I can access it from explorer or the command line say)
