Windows 10: Programmes not working properly after working for a bit

After a windows 11 update to a another version of Windows 11, I noticed my pc hasn't worked the same, my programmes would work normally for a bit then stop working. But then YouTube on chrome would be untouched. Discord won't work, other links on chrome wouldn't, not even windows security once some time has passed. I've reverted back to previous windows version and nothing has changed, I still get the problem.My hard drive does make some weird like whistling-spinning noises, they aren't too high pitched, quite airy. I don't know if the behaviour of my programmes are because of the hard drive

We suggest that you try to run Hardware and Device troubleshooter using the steps below:

• Write Troubleshooting in the search box and hit enter.
• Select the Hardware and Device options from the list.
• Click Run the troubleshooter.

We also suggest that you update the keyboard driver and check if it work.

First of all, I would suggest you to install all the latest updates released by Microsoft from Windows Updates and check if that helps or not. And to update your drivers, please follow the steps and let us know if it helps fixing the issue or not:

Open Device Manager by pressing Windows key + X, click on
Control Panel; select System and Maintenance.

• Click on Device Manager.
• In Device Manager, locate Keyboard and double-click to check if it’s working properly.
• Go to Driver tab, then click on Update Driver. And follow the instructions.

  Press Windows key + R to get the run window.

  Type “osk” and hit enter to launch the On-screen keyboard and check if this helps.
