  1. Programs all not responding roughly 60 seconds after boot

This morning I was on my computer for about an hour when I noticed no programs were responding. I did not get any errors from either the programs or windows, inputs simply had no feedback and existing processes halted. YouTube running on Microsoft edge stopped like it was paused no error, sites on Chrome would spin forever like they were trying to be reached no time out, Slack, Avira, and Outlook would not open no error, ctrl + alt + del did not bring up any options, typing in the search bar brought up suggestions yet clicking on any of them did nothing with no feedback, and clicking pow

  2. Game Crashed and now programs go into a "not responding" state often

Followed the steps to clean boot. After giving it a bit to load, only thing I did was double click edge and it opened a window going straight into a window with a not responding state still for roughly 3 min before it seemed to catch up. Straying away from the internet, I tried to just open my c drive folder and was met with similar delays

Windows Updated(16299.309).KB4088776 Restart is required to complete.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Thanks for the suggestions and for the time to respond Programs all not responding roughly 60 seconds after boot :) Best regards.

And thanks for the tip of that program, I'll have it on my list.
