Windows 10: Programs are suspended. How to fix ?

For the last three days, I don't know what's going on "i zotope rx8" frequences map is not working properly it's taking way too much time to load, premiere pro is not opening Showing Suspended, it opens but only after a system restart, and after opening it's not rendering encoding is stuck at 0%. "after-effects" is not rendering properly so many frames drops in the video, downloaded "DaVinci resolve" installed and then it's not opening, task manager is showing "suspended".

In Ableton, few VSt plugins are not opening... media encoder is loading but after loading it crashes

I'm damn sure that it's a window problem. I'm using dell Inspiron i7 6700hq, 16GB ram, and 4Gb 960m Card

Tried every article from this community every trick everything but nothing happened and I'm trying all of it for the last two days but nothing is working

can't reset the window because I have more than 400 vst plugins installed and don't want to re-install each one of them again

it's almost 4 pm in the morning, and at this point, I'm so frustrated that I choked my own throat with my own hand


in the last 10 years, I spent around 1000 hours fixing window problems, so much time wasted in just fixing errors, and you can't even imagine the frustration

we are here to work not to fix errors

but you know what's the good news - this one is the last error I need to fix because I'm never going to use window again... it's just way. . . . Way too much


every month I waste one entire day fixing window errors

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

 

Program suspend

Dear Lester,

Thank you for information and advices. I tried all the methods mentioned unforturnately none works. I have also reinstalled the program a couple of times including installing to different directory and using different folder
name, it does not work too. From my observation at task manager screen, the program suspended within a min after execution. However, it can not be found in resouce monitor suspension list. The program just simply failed to be executed

Core i7 920 D0 Retailer?

4 pages of C-0 errata, 26 are listed as "Plan Fix." No mention at all of D-0 stepping so "Plan Fix" could mean they will be addressed in D-0. Some of the "Plan Fix" errata are pretty serious involving suspended state and several VM fixes.
