Windows 10: Programs failing to install on Windows 11, "Installation already in progress"

Multiple installations I've attempted to make have failed due to another installation being in progress. Below are 2 examples. I have already tried looking at the task manager numerous times, though this does not seem to help. Additionally, whenever I shut down or restart windows, a program with no name and picture tends to prevent the shutdown. Help on this issue would be appreciated.For paint.net:"There was an error installing paint.net. 1618Another installation is already in progress. Windows Updates failed to instal

I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

"Application Install install package failure!" while installing 13.9

Running Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and MSI 6970 Lightning.

I was upgrading from 13.4 after I did a clean uninstall with AMD Catalyst Install Manager.

Doesn't say what installation failed in the install log. Everything in the log says Success but at the very bottom it says "Application Install: install package failure!" but doesn't say what failed to install.

I only install video drivers and no CCC.

The only thing I noticed is AMD Catalyst Install Manager is not listed in my programs list.
