Windows 10: Programs freeze until the window's been moved

I've been trying to use DaVinci Resolve and Blender two completely different and unrelated programs recently to complete a couple projects, and whenever I'd use them things were frozen.

Until I realized that the actions I'd perform inside the window still counted, they just simply didn't show until I moved the programs window with the titlebar.
for example I move a cube to the right in blender, nothing will happen until I move the window up a bit.
I'm not sure how many other programs have a similar issue.
I'm not very good with computers, does anyone know how to resolve this issue? will answer any questions

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

Windows Creator Update Freezes Some Programs when typing

Thanks for the reply. Since the Creator's Update is giving you some issues, we suggest reverting back to the previous update. Here are the steps:

• Open Settings window.
• Click Update and Security, then Recovery.
• Select Get Started, under Go back section.

Once done, it will restart your PC. After the restart, please do check if you'll still experience freeze moments on any programs you are working on.
