Windows 10: Programs launching outside of visible desktop space - you've had decades to address this...

When you have multiple monitors but only switch them on as and when required, programs that you had previously opened before your last reboot/shutdown, when opened again, have a tendency to open off screen on some magical ether of desktop space that doesn't exist. Switching on any disconnected monitors often also does nothing in getting the program to return itself to anywhere visible. At this point the well versed of us are on the taskbar, shift + right-clicking the offending program, to be presented the saviour 'Move' option, to be able to move the program back onto screen. Visible clock on desktop screen

I want a small clock to display on windows 10 desktop - top right hand corner - uses little visible space preferably analogue

Evga Step up program? Wrong address

*Roll Eyes hi i put my 8800GTS in for the Step up program and my address was wrong do i just email them or cancel it and start it again bacuase the postage price is to low
