Windows 10: programs loading slowly after recent Windows 10 updates

Discus and support programs loading slowly after recent Windows 10 updates in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; Does anyone have any ideas on why PC is so slow loading programs after recent updates?     Does anyone have any ideas on why PC is so slow loading programs after recent updates? I have tried all the suggestions I have found online.

    Microsoft signals end of Paint program

    Microsoft has confirmed that it will continue to offer its graphics program Paint.

    In a recent update, it had listed Paint as a feature that would be either removed or no longer developed.

    Paint, renowned for its simplicity, has been part of the Windows operating system since its launch in 1985.

    Microsoft suggested it would not remain on Windows 10 by default but did say it would be available for free on the Windows Store.

    Bing Loads Slowly On Windows 10


    So yeah, I know this sounds weird or not accurate but Bing loads slowly on my windows 10 machine (slow on both IE and Edge). Loads quickly on both my Windows 7 and 8.1 machines. I first noticed this after the most recent windows 10 update. FYI, all other sites load quickly on windows 10 machine. Is Edge slowing bing load times? Thoughts?

    Hi, have you done any research on this? A general search for
    thumbnails load slowly
    suggests e.g.
    How to Speed Up a Windows Folder that Loads Very Slowly

    But there are so many factors: how large a file is each image: where are the files located: what is the speed of access to that location: what else is the PC doing at the same time..... (check your task manager).

    Another angle:
